Affiliate program terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to receive payments. One account per person. Accounts are for individuals, not resale.

2. Direct commission

You earn 25% of the revenue attributed to your link (subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view spending by fans who subscribed through it), starting with your first dollar. There are no levels or thresholds.

3. Referral commission

You earn overrides on the direct commissions of affiliates in your downline, three levels deep: 5% (level 1), 2.5% (level 2), and 1% (level 3). Overrides are paid by us in addition to the referred affiliate's earnings and are never deducted from them. Overrides apply to direct commissions only, not to other referral commissions.

4. Tracking & attribution

Your link sends fans to the creator directory. Visitors are attributed to you for 30 days from their last click on your link (last click wins). Revenue attribution follows Smart Link analytics on the destination platform. Those numbers are the system of record; our own visit and click counts are informational.

5. Payouts

Payouts are processed every pay period (the 1st through the 15th and the 16th through the end of month) for balances of $50 or more, to the payout method saved in your settings. Balances below the minimum roll forward. We may withhold or reverse amounts tied to fraud, refunds, or chargebacks.

6. Promotion rules

Keep it clean. You may not:

• send spam or run misleading/deceptive advertising;
• generate fake traffic, subscriptions, or spending (including self-referral or incentivized fraud);
• bid on our brand names or the creator directory's name in search ads, or impersonate us, the creator directory, or its creators;
• promote in places where adult-adjacent content is prohibited, or to anyone under 18;
• violate the rules of the platforms you promote on.

7. Suspension & changes

We may suspend accounts that break these rules and void earnings from fraudulent activity. We can adjust program terms (including rates for future revenue) with notice inside the app; earned commissions are never retroactively reduced. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the program after a change takes effect means you accept it.

8. Independent contractor

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents. You're responsible for your own taxes.

9. Disclaimers

THE PROGRAM, THE APP, AND ALL STATS IN IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the program will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (typically zero, since the program is free) or (b) US $100. This does not limit commissions you have earned under Sections 2–5. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your promotion activities, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and, to the extent permitted by law, agree to bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest stays in full force. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the program.
